This is one that I finished a few weeks ago but was super quick. Basically, it&#8217;s  just an artsy-fartsy lamp. I built it using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Artful-Neon-Light-Nixie-Filament\/dp\/B07GTPRZZK\/\">this light bulb<\/a>, from Amazon, some styrofoam to create the mid-lamp platform. Fake grass from Michael&#8217;s Crafts for the grass.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/eequalspi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_4433-768x1024.png\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"157\" data-link=\"http:\/\/eequalspi.com\/?attachment_id=157\" class=\"wp-image-157\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eequalspi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_4433-768x1024.png 768w, https:\/\/eequalspi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_4433-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/eequalspi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_4433-1200x1600.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 984px) 61vw, (max-width: 1362px) 45vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original bulb for the bottom that inspired the design was a 25W incandescent &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/GE-Lighting-46645-25-Watt-Stained\/dp\/B00328GTEI\/\">stained glass<\/a>&#8216; bulb, but the heat from that bulb trapped inside the glass cloche would quickly begin to bake the oils out of the fake grass. This was a pretty severe fire hazard, so I took an LED bulb and hand painted it using sharpie paint pens. A little gauche, but it adds a certain wabi-sabi value to the art that matches the hand crumpled copper tape which rings the &#8216;grass&#8217; platform.
